The Clocking In House is a superb cottage in the grounds of a Grade II* listed former mill on the River Goyt, just on the edge of the Derbyshire town of New Mills. The cottage sleeps six people and has two first floor double bedrooms (accessed by an external staircase) and another on the ground floor, along with two family bathrooms. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside is off road parking and access to the river and a myriad of walks.
